GTM General Contracting, Inc. was founded in 2004 and we operate primarily in the Charlotte, NC metro area.  We are an Energy Star Partner with the EPA and take "Green Building" very seriously.  Our company managers are very accessible and dedicated to providing superior customer service whether building, renovating, or remodeling your home or commercial building.  We are licensed, bonded, and insured.

Our company President is Grant McNeely.  He has 24 years of experience in residential and commercial construction.  Grant has a BS in Biology from Appalachian State University and is the GC license holder for GTM General Contracting, Inc.  His training in Radon Mitigation and Testing is from Rutgers University, and he is nationally certified by the National Environmental Health Association.
